Ann Arbor Newborn Photography Studio
This little guy gave me all the baby fever!
His mama brought along daddy’s vintage John Deere tractors that he used to play with as a little boy - I absolutely love incorporating special & meaningful props like that! It was a surprise for dad and I hope he loved it!
I am currently booking 2022 due dates! I recommend getting on my schedule while you are still in the 2nd trimester. Since we typically don’t know exactly when your baby will arrive, I hold space on my calendar for around the time of your due date. Once your baby is here, we will then set a date/time for your session. Newborn sessions are scheduled to take place when baby is between 5-21 days old - that sweet, sleepy phase goes by so fast!
Newborn sessions take place in my Sylvania Ohio home studio. As part of your newborn session experience, all hats & bonnets, headbands & flower crowns, wraps, buckets, bowls, crates, etc. are all provided for you! All you have to do is show up and I will take care of the rest for you! I provide an ever-growing collection of beautiful & unique props.
I have over 10 years experience working exclusively with newborns. I have put in countless hours perfecting my skills and I am safety trained so that all of those adorable poses are done SAFELY. I have photographed hundreds of babies, so my hope for you is to feel comfortable knowing I have extensive experience.

It’s newborn sessions like this that really make me realize what these photos truly mean for my clients! After countless fertility shots, they were finally blessed with this absolutely perfect rainbow baby boy! He is so, so loved and I was honored to be given the opportunity to capture this incredible special moment in time. They will never be this tiny again, you never get this time back!
Roman did so great for his session at my Toledo Ohio newborn photography studio! Mom & dad were absolutely smitten and he even gave us a couple smiles. Newborn smiles are my absolute favorite…and check out those big wide eyes, too!
I love customizing sessions for my clients. As soon as I found out he was a rainbow baby. I just knew I had to find something to incorporate into his session and that tiny rainbow was perfect! As part of your newborn session experience with Sweet Bloom Photography, all props, hats, headbands, wraps, etc are all provided for you. I am always adding new items to my prop inventory!
Newborn sessions are done around 5-21 days old, when your baby is still in that sleepy, milk drunk phase. It goes by in the blink of an eye! Since we don’t typically know exactly when your little one will arrive, I hold space on my calendar for around the time of your due date. Once your baby is here, we will then set a date & time for you to come into my home studio located in Sylvania Ohio. Upon booking, you will receive a Prep Guide that is filled with absolutely everything you need to know.
I am only able to accept a limited number of sessions each month. Therefore, I do recommend booking your newborn session while still in your 2nd trimester.
Toledo Ohio Fall Family Mini Sessions
I don’t think we could have had a nicer day for Fall Mini Sessions last year! The trees & wildflowers were beautiful, the weather was absolutely perfect and all of my amazing clients showed up ready to have fun and looked gorgeous! I never want my family sessions to feel stressful or awkward - I like to be silly and make it as fun & quick as possible for everyone! In between the “everyone smile & say cheese”’s, we will giggle, have tickle fights, hug, give big smooches and just have fun.
Since my regular schedule is filled up with newborn, baby, and maternity sessions, I set aside a weekend in the fall (and the spring, too!) to do an evening of mini sessions. This is the only time that I offer family sessions for my Toledo clients! Fall Mini Sessions are 20 minutes and are booked back-to-back during golden hour at one of my favorite outdoor locations in the Toledo area. If you would like a full family session or more time, I recommend booking 2 time slots for a full 40 minute session.
The location for Fall Mini Sessions is chosen by me - I will typically do some location scouting in the days leading up to picture day. This ensures that we have a gorgeous location for our session! All of the beautiful fall colors seem to change almost daily, so I like to wait until just before to set the exact location. I have had clients travel to me from all over Ohio & Michigan, such as Sylvania, Perrysburg, Maumee, Ottawa Hills, Bowling Green, Findlay, Monroe, Canton, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Northwood, Dundee, Novi, Ypsilanti, Grand Rapids and the greater Toledo Ohio, Ann Arbor & Detroit Michigan areas

Toledo Ohio Cake Smash Session
I just love incorporating the family into baby sessions! How sweet are these little moments? These sessions do primarily focus on baby, however, I can’t resist some snuggles with mom & dad, too!
Big Sister had an upcoming birthday as well, so I snuck her away for some special one on one time to celebrate her upcoming big day. I always do my best to make sessions with your family fun & laid back - I aim to get a variety of both posed and candid poses of you laughing, kissing, tickling & interacting with your family. Baby Gracie was a little bit shy and wanted to stay glued to her mamas hip, so we just went with it and took lots of family shots! We ended this baby session with a really simple & sweet cake smash…always so much fun!

I offer sessions for clients in the greater Toledo Ohio & Ann Arbor Michigan areas, such as Sylvania, Perrysburg, Ottawa Hills, Bowling Green, Findlay, Maumee, Holland, Monroe, Canton, Novi, Dundee, Ypsilanti, Livonia and other surrounding areas.
My schedule does tend to book at least 1-2 months in advance, so I recommend booking your session ASAP. I have very limited weekend availability, so don’t wait too long to get on my calendar!
Toledo Ohio Baby Photography Studio

This cutie was one of my very first sessions in my new studio space after making the move to Toledo Ohio. I absolutely love bringing out the boho bed setup for baby sitter sessions! I am in the process of giving it a fresh new look and I can’t wait to share it.
Baby photography sessions are typically done around 4 months for the “tummy time” milestone, 6-9 months for the “sitter” / sitting unassisted milestone, and of course at 1 year for their 1st birthday. All of the outfits & headbands shown here are from my client closet. As part of your baby session experience with Sweet Bloom Photography, all outfits, headbands & flower crowns, hats & bonnets, and props such as buckets, bowls, crates, etc are all provided for you. All you have to do is show up and I can take care of the rest for you!
This session was just baby, however, I love incorporating parents & siblings for a couple family photos too! 1 year / 1st birthday sessions can also include a cake smash, if desired. We can even end the cake smash with a splash in a little tub to clean up. I absolutely love planning sessions with my clients and I am always up for trying new & fun things!
My schedule tends to book up about 1-2 months in advance, so I do recommend booking early.
