Long time no see! I hope you’ve had an awesome summer!

In case you didn’t already know, I took a break this summer in order to get settled into our new home in TOLEDO OHIO! We have made a move to Toledo (Sylvania OH to be exact). This is my forever home and I am really looking forward to bringing SBP here :)

Summer is basically over and the kids are back in school, so it’s time to get started on the new Sweet Bloom Photography studio! The new studio is currently under construction and will be located in my home in Sylvania Ohio. Sweet Bloom will offer maternity, newborn and baby milestone sessions for the greater Toledo and Northwest Ohio areas, including Perrysburg, Maumee, Ottawa Hills, Bowling Green, Monclova, Whitehouse, Rossford, Holland and more!

I am really excited (and super nervous) about starting here in Toledo. I have some really fun ideas in the works and I can’t wait to share them all with you! Toledo Ohio Spring Family Mini Sessions

Minis sessions are the perfect time to get updated photos of your children, family, maternity, baby milestone, etc!

$275 session fee includes a 20 minute session, online gallery and 10+ retouched digital images to download with a print release. Photo products are also available to purchase directly from your online gallery, if desired.

I had so much fun creating this custom Winter Onederland / Wonderland set for this sweet baby girls 1 year photography session in our Sylvania Ohio studio :)

I am always happy to get creative and put together custom sets for my clients. So if you ever have a special theme that you are envisioning, don’t be afraid to let me know! I love this one so much that I think I’m going to have to photograph it with my own girls!

Baby sessions are best scheduled at 1 year for their 1st birthday, at around 6-8 months when they have gotten the hang of sitting up independently, and around 3-4 months when they have mastered head control for some tummy time.

Baby Sessions can take place outdoors at a park, field/prairie, etc or in our in-home Lexington Kentucky studio. We have an always expanding selection of wardrobe & outfit options for both baby girls & boys! Our clients gain access to our collection of vintage props & accessories! You can let us take care of everything, so all you need to do is bring your baby :)

I was finishing up this little newborn baby boys’ gallery and I just had to share an image from this newborn session in our Ohio photography studio!

His mama brought in this amazing vintage red truck to be used in his pictures and I just love how it turned out :)

Sweet Bloom Photography specializes in newborn photography sessions in Ohio - Our in-home studio is located in Sylvania OH. We serve the greater NW Ohio area, including Toledo, Perrysburg, Maumee, Ottawa Hills, and more! Many of our clients even travel from out of state to see us :)

Newborn sessions take place in our fully stocked in-home photography studio, which is filled with overflowing props & accessories. All clients have complete access to our prop inventory - you don’t have to worry about bringing anything for your session, we will take care of it all! The studio is equipped with a comfy couch to relax on while I work my magic with your newborn. Snacks, tea, coffee & water are also provided for you to enjoy!

Newborn sessions are best photographed within the first 3 weeks of birth. Scheduling your newborn session during this time means that your baby will be much more sleepy and curled up so that I am able to easily pose your baby.

The actual arrival of your newborn is usually pretty unpredictable, so we book your session by holding space on our calendar for around the time of your due date. Then, one your baby has arrived, we will schedule a date/time for your session to take place.

All newborn sessions are all-inclusive! This means there are no packages or narrowing down images - you will receive all of the best images from your session, fully edited, and ready to download with a print release. You are guaranteed to receive at least 20 finished images, however, most sessions can expect around 30-40 images.

“AFTER EVERY STORM, THERE IS A RAINBOW OF HOPE”

A rainbow baby is a baby born after the loss of a child. You may not notice it at first glance, however, if you look closely you will notice the rainbows that showed up during this session. I was completely blown away when I realized that not only did this rainbow show up during the maternity pictures but then again during her daughters baby pictures!

I have photographed plenty of sunflare in my day but NEVER a rainbow flare like this! I truly believe her baby was there with us on this day. AMAZING!

Perrysburg Ohio Newborn Photographer

This sweet baby girl is looking so pretty in pink!

This newborn pose is called The Froggy and should never be attempted by a photographer until they have learned how to do it safely. This pose is always, always, always done as a Photoshop composite. We create this pose by first taking a photo holding the babies wrists in place, then taking a second photo holding the top of the babies head in place. We then take those 2 images and merge them together in Photoshop to create this :)

Sweet Bloom Photography is trained in newborn safety and we have the knowledge to pose your baby safely. I am within arms reach at all times -or- have a second set of hands on stand by, when needed. I take safety very seriously :)

I like to schedule newborn sessions for when your baby is between 7-21 days old. This is when your baby is still naturally very sleepy and likes to curl up for all of those sweet poses :)

Newborn sessions take place in my cozy in-home studio located in Sylvania Ohio. My studio is overflowing with vintage props, cozy wraps, organic hats & headbands, etc. You don’t have to worry about bringing anything for your session, we will take care of it all!

Who looks this amazing when they are pregnant?? I mean, really. My clients are insanely gorgeous, y’all.

I get a lot of mama’s that just want pictures of their babies — you need to get in front of the camera too! One day, your babies will be grown and I promise you that they would love to see photos of you like this.

Maternity sessions typically take place around 27-35 weeks in your pregnancy - Any time that you feel comfortable works perfectly! Maternity pictures can be done in our Sylvania Ohio photography studio or outdoors at a park, field, etc.

We do have a small selection of maternity pieces that you are welcome to use - We are working on adding more so that we have a bigger wardrobe selection in the future :) We will also send you some recommendations on gowns in all price ranges that will photograph beautifully!

Ann Arbor NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION

Sweet Bloom Photography is an award winning newborn photography studio located in Sylvania Ohio. Our cozy in-home studio is stocked with everything needed for your newborn session, including hats, headbands, wraps, vintage props, etc.

We also offer baby & maternity sessions, both in-studio and outdoors at a park, field, etc.

Newborn sessions are best between 7-14 days old, when your baby is still sleepy :) Since the actual arrival of your little one is usually pretty unpredictable, we hold space on the calendar for around the time of your due date. Then, one your baby is born, we will schedule a date/time for your session. You will also receive a Newborn Session Prep Guide that is filled with everything you need to know to help plan for your session.

To hold your due date on our calendar, a completed policy agreement form and payment of a $200 non refundable retainer are due at booking.
