This little baby girl is absolutely adorable! And how about that amazing hair?? I just love her!

Kinsley came in for her sitter milestone session right about 6 months old. I feel like this age is always overlooked, which is funny because it is my absolute FAVORITE age. 6-8 months is that amazing time when your baby just sits there and grins — by the time your little one hits around 10-12 months, they’re usually crawling or maybe even walking. Photos become a whole new ballgame once they become mobile :) So this age is just so super fun!

When you book a baby milestone session with Sweet Bloom Photography, you get access to all of our adorable boys & girls outfits and accessories. You don’t have to stress about finding anything for your session, I can take care of it all!

Baby Milestone sessions are scheduled around 5-10 months old (when your little one is sitting up unassisted), and then at 11-13 months old for their first birthday. Birthday Milestone sessions can include a cake smash too! Sessions take place at our in-home studio located in Sylvania or outdoors at a beautiful park/prairie. The focus of the session is on your little one, however, I love incorporating a couple family poses too!

Long time no see! I hope you’ve had an awesome summer!

In case you didn’t already know, I took a break this summer in order to get settled into our new home in TOLEDO OHIO! We have made a move to Toledo (Sylvania OH to be exact). This is my forever home and I am really looking forward to bringing SBP here :)

Summer is basically over and the kids are back in school, so it’s time to get started on the new Sweet Bloom Photography studio! The new studio is currently under construction and will be located in my home in Sylvania Ohio. Sweet Bloom will offer maternity, newborn and baby milestone sessions for the greater Toledo and Northwest Ohio areas, including Perrysburg, Maumee, Ottawa Hills, Bowling Green, Monclova, Whitehouse, Rossford, Holland and more!

I am really excited (and super nervous) about starting here in Toledo. I have some really fun ideas in the works and I can’t wait to share them all with you! I had so much fun creating this custom Winter Onederland / Wonderland set for this sweet baby girls 1 year photography session in our Sylvania Ohio studio :)

I am always happy to get creative and put together custom sets for my clients. So if you ever have a special theme that you are envisioning, don’t be afraid to let me know! I love this one so much that I think I’m going to have to photograph it with my own girls!

Baby sessions are best scheduled at 1 year for their 1st birthday, at around 6-8 months when they have gotten the hang of sitting up independently, and around 3-4 months when they have mastered head control for some tummy time.

Baby Sessions can take place outdoors at a park, field/prairie, etc or in our in-home Lexington Kentucky studio. We have an always expanding selection of wardrobe & outfit options for both baby girls & boys! Our clients gain access to our collection of vintage props & accessories! You can let us take care of everything, so all you need to do is bring your baby :)

“AFTER EVERY STORM, THERE IS A RAINBOW OF HOPE”

A rainbow baby is a baby born after the loss of a child. You may not notice it at first glance, however, if you look closely you will notice the rainbows that showed up during this session. I was completely blown away when I realized that not only did this rainbow show up during the maternity pictures but then again during her daughters baby pictures!

I have photographed plenty of sunflare in my day but NEVER a rainbow flare like this! I truly believe her baby was there with us on this day. AMAZING!

I’m coming up for air during this CRAZY time of year for us photographers to say hello! Yes, I am still here….barely :)

The fall & holiday photo season is starting to wind down over the next couple weeks and I am really looking forward to having some time to share all of the gorgeous babies!

Camden came back to see me for his 6 month baby photography session here in Toledo Ohio and I seriously could not get over how big he had gotten since his newborn session! Watching these babies grow is THE most rewarding thing about this job!

I was so excited to be able to see her again for her 6 month milestone pictures :) She was so amazing for her newborn session and definitely did not disappoint for her 6 month pictures either!

Our clients gain full access to our collection of props, such as outfits, headbands, hats, etc..so you don’t even have to worry about shopping for an outfit! We can take care of that for you :)

I recommend scheduling baby sessions around the important milestones that your baby makes - tummy time (3-4 months), sitting up (5-7 months), crawling (8-10 months), and then of course their first birthday.

Sweet Bloom Photography offers baby sessions & cake smashes on location in Toledo Ohio or at our in-home studio. We have a variety of outfits & accessories for your little one, so you don't even have to worry about shopping for clothes :)

The best time to schedule baby sessions is when your baby can sit unassisted (around 5-8 months old) and then at their 1 year birthday. Our schedule is very limited so it is recommended to book your session at least 1 month in advance.
