I. PAYMENT & RETAINER *

Valentines Day Mini Sessions ($100): photo session lasting up to 10 minutes, online viewing gallery, 3 digital images of your choice delivered via direct download.

Payment of a $40 non refundable, non transferrable retainer is required at booking to reserve your time slot. Due to the custom nature of these sessions, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. If a cancellation is unavoidable due to illness, I will make every effort to fill your spot - I will refund your $40 retainer only if I am able to fill your spot, otherwise, you will forfeit your retainer.

The remaining session fee balance ($60) is due in full on the day of your scheduled photography session. I accept cash only - checks, Venmo, Cash App, etc are not accepted forms of payment

Additional digital images are $25 each or $75 for your whole gallery

II. POLICIES & PROCEDURES *

Mini sessions are booked back to back. Your session begins immediately at the scheduled time slot. Therefore, you should plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes early. This will allow you time to park, tame hair, wipe noses/faces, etc. If you arrive late and/or are not ready for your mini session time, that missed time cannot be made up

I will make every effort to produce high quality images in a given situation but I cannot be held responsible for the unwillingness of the client to perform. This includes unwillingness to cooperate with photographers instructions, having a poor attitude, choice of clothing/hair/makeup/appearance, facial expressions, or the behavior of children.

Your finished images will be posted to an online gallery no later than 10 days following the day after your session (2/9). Unless 2/9 has already passed, I kindly ask that you please do not contact me about the status of your photos. I am working as quickly as possible to get your gallery to you - I appreciate your patience!

Under no circumstances will RAW or unedited images be released. No exceptions, ever. You will be shown all of the best images from your session. It does not benefit anyone to withhold beautiful images from you, so please trust my knowledge & expertise in choosing your final images.

Editing/retouching of your images will not begin until full payment is received. Late payments will result in the delay of delivering your online gallery. Your online gallery will not be released until full payment is received.
