SESSION SELECTION *

VALENTINE MINI SESSION - SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 2 ($125): mini photo session lasting up to 10 minutes, online viewing gallery, 2 digital images of your choice delivered via direct download.

I. PAYMENT & RETAINER *

Payment of a $75 non refundable, non transferrable retainer is required at booking to reserve your time slot.

The remaining session fee balance ($50) is due in full on the day of your scheduled photography session. I accept CASH ONLY (checks, Venmo, Cash App, etc are not accepted forms of payment).

Due to the custom nature of holiday sessions, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. If a cancellation is unavoidable due to illness, I will make every effort to fill your spot. I will refund your $75 retainer only if I am able to fill your spot, otherwise, you will forfeit your retainer.

If desired, additional images can be purchased directly from your online gallery. Add-on Images are $25 each or $100 for the full gallery.

II. POLICIES & PROCEDURES *

Mini sessions are booked back to back with only a 5 minute buffer between each session. Your mini session begins immediately at the scheduled time slot. No exceptions. If you arrive late and/or are not ready for your mini session time, that missed time cannot be made up.

I will make every effort to produce high quality images in a given situation but I cannot be held responsible for the unwillingness of the client to perform. This includes unwillingness to cooperate with photographers instructions, having a poor attitude, choice of clothing/hair/makeup/appearance, facial expressions, or the behavior of children.

Your finished images will be posted to an online gallery no later than 10 days following the day after your session.

Your online gallery will be available for 2 weeks. A $35 reactivation fee is required to reopen an expired gallery.

Under no circumstances will RAW or unedited images be released. No exceptions, ever. You will be shown all of the best images from your session. It does not benefit anyone to withhold beautiful images from you, so please trust my knowledge & expertise in choosing your final images.

Editing/retouching of your images will not begin until full payment is received. If your final payment is not received on the day of your session, your images will be pushed to the end of my editing queue.
