I. PAYMENT & RETAINER *

Maternity Session ($500) - Includes: full photography session lasting approximately 30-45 minutes, a variety of poses of expecting mom in 1-2 outfits, spouse/family poses (if desired), online gallery, and retouched digital images to download.

Petite Maternity Session ($250) // available to newborn clients only // Includes: mini photography session lasting approximately 15-20 minutes, poses of expecting mom only (no spouse or family) in 1 outfit, online gallery, and retouched digital images to download.

Payment of a $100 non-refundable retainer is required at booking to reserve your due date timeframe on my calendar.

Payment of the remaining session fee balance is due in full on the day of your scheduled photography session. I accept cash only - checks, Venmo, etc are not accepted forms of payment.

II. POLICIES & PROCEDURES *

Sessions take place in my Sylvania studio OR at one of my favorite outdoor locations. Outdoor locations are chosen by me based on many factors, such as lighting, landscape, accessibility, etc. A travel fee beginning at $25 is required for any requested location that is more than 25 minutes from zip code 43560.

Outdoor Sessions: I closely monitor the weather on our scheduled session day. If Mother Nature is not cooperating, I will touch base via text to discuss the possibility of rescheduling. It is always my recommendation to reschedule on cloudy days and/or when there is more than a 60% chance for rain. In order to achieve the quality of photos as seen in my portfolio, sunny or partly sunny weather is needed - it is always my recommendation to reschedule on cloudy & overcast days. I want the best outcome for your photos!

Please respect your photographers time by showing up to your session on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your newborn session and you will be required to rebook. I will gladly reschedule your session if notice of at least 24 hours is given. If no reasonable notice is given or you do not show up for your scheduled photography session, you will be required to rebook.

I will make every effort to produce high quality images in a given situation but cannot be held responsible for the unwillingness of the client to perform. This includes unwillingness to cooperate with photographers instructions, having a poor attitude, choice of clothing/hair/makeup, facial expressions, or the behavior of children.

In order to protect the many newborns & young babies that I come in contact with, I have a strict sick policy. Please do not come to your session with you or any of your family members sick, coughing, sneezing, feverish, running noses, etc. I am more than happy to reschedule your session due to an illness. If you or any of your family members arrive to your session showing visible symptoms, I will cancel the session immediately and you will be required to rebook.

III. DIGITAL IMAGES & TURNAROUND *

You can expect to receive an emailed link to your online gallery within 3 weeks following the day after your scheduled photography session. If your images are needed quickly, a $200 rush fee is available on a case by case basis. The rush fee ensures images are delivered within 3 days.

Late payments will result in the delay of delivering your images/online gallery. Editing/retouching of your images will not begin until full payment of the session fee balance is received.

Your online gallery will be active for 2 weeks - please download your images promptly. If images are not downloaded within this time frame, a re-host fee of $35 is required to reopen your online gallery.

It is highly recommended to backup your images to at least 2 devices, as well as a cloud service (such as DropBox, Google Photos, Amazon Photos, etc). Once your online gallery has been delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of Sweet Bloom Photography to retain, manage, or save your image files.

Under no circumstances will RAW or unedited images be released. No exception, ever. You will be given all of the best images from your session. It does not benefit anyone to withhold beautiful images from you, so please trust my knowledge & expertise in choosing your final images.

IV. AGREEMENT *
